Job Responsibility Provide administrative support to sales teams. Actively respond to emails and phone calls on related sales enquiries. Assist sale team in preparing quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice and delivery order. Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well coordinated. Attend customer enquiry related to products and maintain good customer service. Maintain a good appearance and attitude when communicating with customers. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field Required language: Mandarin , English and BM Prior working experience will be an added advantage. Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
