Job scope

•	Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•	Identify customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on both product features and dietary knowledge
•	Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
•	Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
•	Keep up-to-date knowledge on products offered and discuss available options
•	Comply with inventory control procedures
•	Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s 
                    

Requirements

Requirement

•	Possess a Diploma/degree in Nutraceuticals, Nutritionist, Dietetics, or a related field
•	Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
•	Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a bonus)
•	Willing to go out to meet customers
•	Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
