Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our thriving blinds and curtains business. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong customer relationships. If you have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.

-Present, promote, and sell our extensive range of blinds and curtains to potential customers.

-Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on suitable products that meet their requirements.

-Generate and follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

-Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

-Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.
                    

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the blinds and curtains industry or related field.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

-Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.

-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients as required.
