Key Role & Responsibilities: • Handle sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation, progress claim, invoices, DO & PO • Attending meeting & ability to plan activities and projects well in advance • Maintain filing system (correspondence, document & reports) • Assist in preparation of tenders / bids / reports / drawings / models and specifications
Requirements: • Have at least 1-year relevant working experience • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD & Microsoft Project • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Bahasa Melayu & English, able to inspire, influence and negotiate. • Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way.
