Job description

@ Act as design guardian for clients’ needs.
@ Creative and innovative and to provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and colour scheme
@ Create, organise, structure and present well-considered design solutions that helps to meet clients’ objectives.
@ Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork, e.g. layout plans, detailed drawings, 3D drawing and as-built drawing.
@ Have a good understanding of the creative process from brief through production.
@ Deliver both strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design including produce conceptual design with colour rendering.
@ To produce 2D & 3D perspective drawings and sample boards.
@ Maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness and profitability.
@ Ensure all design changes and solution are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
@ To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director included site measurement.
                    

Requirements

@ Must possess as least a Diploma 
@ Must be familiar with Sketcup, AutoCAD and 3D rendering software
@ Creative and Good design and knowledge in commercial & Residential projects.
@ Bring big ideas and clear thinking to meet our clients challenges in  a uniquely creative way.
@ Take pride in crafting the finest detail with evidence of exemplary typographic and image making skills.
@ Be able to talk passionately and knowledgeably about the work with an understanding of the business challenges that design can solve.
@ Be a self-starting, multifaceted designer who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients.
@ Must possess own transport.
