- Provide service and application support for Syntec products such as CNC controllers, servo drives, and industrial robots - Troubleshoot and service machinery with Syntec systems (e.g. CNC lathes, CNC milling machines) - Conduct product training, demonstrations, and provide technical advice to customers - Perform on-site installations for automation projects - Provide technical support for Syntec group's overseas market - Assist with other assignments as required by superiors
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Energetic, passionate, and willing to learn - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently - Knowledge of CNC/industrial robot field is preferred - Familiarity with basic electrical troubleshooting and circuit diagrams is preferred - Experience with hands-on mechanical work is preferred - Skilled in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) or Solidworks/Autocad software is preferred - Must be willing to travel domestically and overseas - Must have own transport
