- Oversee and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion
- Mentor and grow the design team, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency
- Meet budgets and timelines while driving innovation in trends, materials and technology
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors


                    

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 6–8+ years of proven experience including leadership of a design team
- Excellent project management and client communication skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects
