1.Responsibility on Pre-cost contract and post contract management including tender, estimation, progress claim, variation orders, claim preparation VO, final account, worker namelists, tender application form. 2.Preparation of bill of Quantities for tenders. Responsible in preparation and calculation of projects costing, handling tender. 3.Good in handling taking off quantity, liaise with sub-contractors and consultants, sourcing and calling for a quotation for comparison, preparing purchase order. 4.Preparing site handover-letter and assist in preparing site report to client. 5.To attend site meeting as and when required by management. 6.Well co-ordinate with designer/site supervisor for on-going projects to let work smooth. 7.To undertake other ad-hoc duties as appropriate and as assigned by Director.
*Must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. *At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in interior designer. *Possess knowledge of AutoCAD 3D/2D. *Excellence negotiating and interpersonal skills *Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision. *Must possess own transport.
