Job description

1) Attend to enquiries from customers and appointments promptly
2) Answer phone calls and online enquiries
3) Working closely with doctor and consultants
4) Perform front desk function including invoices and receipt.

1) Fresh graduate or SPM leavers are encourage to apply
2) Work experience in customer service
3) Excellent communication and organizational skills
4) Able to work on weekends
