Job description

A renovation project manager is responsible for managing renovation projects from conception to completion. To effectively carry out their duties, the following requirements should be met:

7- Risk Management Skills: The project manager should be able to identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies. They should have experience in risk mitigation, contingency planning, and conflict resolution.

8- Attention to Detail: The project manager should possess a keen eye for detail to ensure that the project is completed to the client's satisfaction. They should be able to identify and address any issues promptly.

9- Legal Knowledge: The project manager should have knowledge of construction laws and regulations. They should be familiar with legal documents such as building permits, contracts, and insurance policies.
