Job description

Attend inquiry from phone call, email, website, Facebook, & walk-in customers.
Issue Quotations/Sales Orders to customers.
Coordinate / Liaise with suppliers.
Monitor customer's delivery, make sure items delivered on time.
Resolve customer issues.
Responsible to collect payment from own customers.
Salary: Basic + Commission (include EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical, etc.)
                    

Requirements

Self motivated, optimistic and love challenges
Good customer service attitude
Required language : Basic Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, *Hokkien (or any other dialects will be an advantage)
Own transport to work
