Job description
Admin will be required to perform coordination and fulfil administrative duties. Admin should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, detailed and be well-organized.
- Processing daily company correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, telephone and email.
- Supporting the implementation and running of the company programs.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written skills in Chinese and/or English.
- Ability to understand and converse in other languages will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
