Job description
Ensure Human Resources requirements are executed efficiently and orderly with upmost integrity.
Develop, review and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence and compliance with relevant policies & guidelines.
Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, in depth understanding on the requirements of the employees and enhance morale.
Manage and assist in the recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance management.
Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements. (examples JTK, PBT, and KPDNHEP)
Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that includes preparation and processing monthly payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Generate atttendance and payroll related reports for internal and external submission.
To take on assignment and ad hoc job as required by Management
Requirements
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business / Administration / Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of hand-on working experience in human resource management
In depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment Law (include Employment Acts and Industrial Relations Acts)
Able to work in challenging & fast paced environment.
Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
Good verbal & written English and BM.
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
