Job description

1. Provide general administrative support including filling, scanning, typing and copying to management.
2. Data entry and updating
3. Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record
4. Prepare related monthly report
5. Generate data entry, PO, CN, DO, Invoice and manage system
6. Any ad hoc job required.
                    

Requirements

1. Diploma & Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Strong organizational and administrative skills
4. Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for great efficiency
5. Excellent communication skills
