1. Answer incoming customer calls 2. Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns. 3. Filing document and receipt payment. 4. Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior. 5. Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse. 6. Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate. 7. Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items. 8. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. 9. To assist in filling documentation.
1. Minimum education: STPM or Diploma 2. Have experience in related field is a plus 3. Computer skills 4. Able to communicate in BM and English 5. Fresh graduate is eligible to apply
