Job description
A Outlet Senior Supervisor, provides management and day-to-day oversight of a retail store. Their duties may include leading a team of staff, opening and closing the store, and keeping track of financials and merchandise.
Outlet Senior Supervisor duties and responsibilities, to succeed as an Outlet Manager, applicants need to be responsible and have an acute attention to detail. They have important tasks to manage and execute to run the store successfully, including:
* Overseeing inventory
* Creating protocols to protect the store, including theft management
* Constructing a schedule for employees and manage their time off, sick leave, and time tracking
* Managing a staff
* Managing financials, including bank drop-offs, for the entire store
Requirements
1. Possess of Diploma in Business Studies / Supply Chain or related field of studies.
2. At least 3 years working experience in the related field and experience in FMCG or food industries is an advantage
Added Advantage
1. Good command in spoken and written in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities and able to work independently.
3. Strong analytical and good time management and delegation of responsibilities.
4. Computer literate and able to operate MS Office applications.
