Job description
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible in handling the financial operations of the company.
Job Scope
Handle accounts payable, management reports and cash flow
Maintain accurate record and supervise the scheduling of payment.
Handle employees’ payroll, claim, medical & leave application.
Liaise with auditor, banker, tax agent and other external parties.
Assist in monthly closing, journal posting, bank reconciliation and analysis of accounts.
Ensure accurate update of inventory system of sales, purchase and adjustment.
Liaise with clients on outstanding payment and overdue invoices.
Monitor payments to suppliers.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory filings, SST, corporate tax and other legislative requirements.
Attend to requests or inquiries from external and internal stakeholders.
Handle foreign workers permit renewal & hostel management.
Provide administrative support and general administrative duties.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the directors.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, LCCI or equivalent
Proven and demonstrated experience in similar role.
Preferably experienced in working in manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills; written and oral.
Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and accounting software
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and ad-hoc duties
Possesses own transport
Possess initiative problem-solving skill with limited info or resources provided.
Work Location: TTC, Cheng, Melaka
