Job description
Assist in the development and preparation of proposals and tender submissions.
Provide general support for sales and marketing operations, including database management and maintenance.
Support the implementation of marketing programs and campaigns.
Maintain and update the company website and marketing materials.
Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimations for clients.
Gather, compile, and report relevant business and project information as required.
Liaise with internal departments (procurement, technical, finance) to gather required information for proposals.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing collaterals.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen with relevant working experience in a related field.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Multiskilled with the ability to handle diverse tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to understand and interpret flowcharts.
Experience in dealing with clients, suppliers, or contractors is an advantage.
