-Provide phone calls and internet support to our clients -Handle and resolve customer complaints including technical problems -To conduct implementation and training on business solutions to our clients
-Min Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent -Fluent in Mandarin, English and other Chinese dialects -Familiarity with Accounting/Inventory/POS software is an added advantage -Good interpersonal and communication skills -Self motivated and able to work independently Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
