Job description
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries from customers
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers
- Regular customer meeting to understand customer problems / requirements, look for business opportunity and develop good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
- Prepare sales & planning visit report weekly / bi-weekly
- Consistently provide feedback to the team regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, and team objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
- Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of company products & applications for the purpose of product sales.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related sales working experience in the field of industrial automation (fresh graduates are welcome too)
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
