Admin Assistant Job at SS19 Subang Jaya

Job Description:
1. Attend product and sales enquiries
2. Process sale orders and invoices
3. Packing goods and arrange for delivery
4. Generate relevant records and reports

Fresh school leavers and adults experienced in office administration are encouraged to apply.

Sales commission available.
EPF, SOSCO and annual leave.
                    

Requirements

Qualification Requirement: 
1. SPM and above
2. Self-motivated and discipline, fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision
3. Stay within 15 minutes reach to working location at SS19 Subang Jaya
4. Good writing and speaking in English and BM
5. Understanding of Mandarin will be added sdvantage
6. Computer literate and well versed in MS office, candidate who are familiar with SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
