Business Applications • Gathering and analyzing needs from business entities about the current and future growth of the organization. • Evaluating, testing and recommending new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware and IT processes • Participate in design, development, maintenance of Business Applications. • Participate in relevant areas of System Development Life Cycle and project management cycle. o Preparation of Functional/ Technical Specifications and system user’s guide for ad hoc proprietary developed software application. o Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyst user requirements, and recommend solutions. o Participate in System Testing whenever there are any new changes/enhancement o Code, test, debug and document programs based on technical specifications. • Engage with vendor on required basis with relation to business needs. • Engage and support business users on their Business Application system needs. REPORTING • Participate in BI and Reporting tools design, develop, maintenance and training. OTHERS • Documentation on any system related areas. (Create & Maintain Documents) • Any other assignment from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Possesses commendable Logical, Analytical, Communication, Resourceful and Problem-Solving skills. • Exposure to multiple industry standard of Business Application systems. • Reporting tools knowledge exposure, e.g. Power BI or Crystal Report will be an added advantage. • Be up to date with the latest business application technologies. • Good attitude and able to work under minimum supervision with excellent sense of prioritization. • Have experience with vendor engagement and business users. • Certified in Business Analysis will be an added advantage
