Job description

- General office management - day to day administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up on the superior instruction
- Manage superior schedules, appointments and meetings
- Attend meeting with superior and follow up on progress assignment(if necessary)
- Prepare correspondence : emails, quotation, minutes of meeting, etc.
- Provide management and administrational support to all superior
- Knowledgeable in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
