- Conduct research on new sealant and adhesives formulas.
- Conduct training for chemists and realize new business development opportunities.
- Propose new cost efficient sealant formula while satisfying customer requirements.
- Provide report & findings on test analysis, samples review, quality assurances.
- Maintain Certificate Of Analysis filing, prepare details & descriptions accordingly.
- Overview incoming raw materials, trading products and finish goods.
- Calibrate & maintain lab equipment, ensure clean & safe to operate.
- Assist other projects when assigned.
