Job description
- Promote and sell company value-added gold jewelry products to existing and new wholesale customers.
- Attend to walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online orders professionally and promptly.
- Understand existing customer and prospects needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- To perform any duties assigned from time to time in alignment to company goals and objectives.
- Attending industry trade shows and events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up regularly on orders, payments, and after-sales service.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and delivery instructions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and invoicing.
- Staying up-to-date on current product trends, designs, and market demands.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gold jewelry types (e.g., karat, design, trends).
- Stay informed of gold price trends and market fluctuations.
- Provide customers with relevant product information and promotional updates.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and share market intelligence or client feedback.
- Record all sales transactions and maintain customer databases.
- Submit daily or weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in preparing reports for trade shows or seasonal sales campaigns.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and pricing policies.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and KYC procedures.
Requirements
- Candidates with SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ability to persuade and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and communicated) will be preferred as this position requires communicating with customers and processing orders.
