Job description
-Responsible for doing tele-sales for the company’s products.
-To explain company’s product offering, product promotions and to pre-qualify prospect based on specific criteria.
-To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
-Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products and the financial market and active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
-Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department.
-Adhering to department process and procedures in complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
-Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve (and if possible, to exceed) committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls.
-To manage the day to day planning, operations and problem solving to meet with the required sales productivity and financial goals.
-A specific and additional job description will be briefed on the day you commence work.
Requirements
-Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
-Candidate should possess a good personality, able to work under pressure and positive attitude
-Self motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results
-Candidate must have own transport
