Job description

-Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party
-Prepare, send and store invoices
-Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
-Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
-Recording and filing cash transactions
-Maintain and make necessary adjustments to various records and log such as payroll, purchase order and other financial record
-Manage phone calls and correspondence
-Manage company's social media selling platform
                    

Requirements

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
-Diploma and above
-Highly motivated
-Long term career progression
-Familiar with online marketing Shopee, Lazada & Social media
-Excellent in communication and selling skills
-Possess own transport
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software & accounting software (SQL)
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
