Job description

To attend calls from customer & receiving incoming inquiry by fax/ emails from customer.

To prepare and manage quotations, perform follow up calls and distribute marketing material.
 
Responsible for selling, promoting & marketing the company’s range of products.

To assist Sales Director, liaise with potential clients and prepare quotation & follow through with customer purchasing requirements.

To liaise with existing customers and their ongoing requirements

To key-in customer purchase order, to write in delivery schedule, arrangement delivery, coordination and records. (Knowledge with SQL systems will be advantage) Training will be provided for fresh candidate.

To liaise with supplier and to assist to issue purchase order and coordination on delivery arrangement.

Other related sales and administrative jobs.

                    

Requirements

Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting(Advantage)
 
Detail Oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence

Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin (Additional Advantages)

Monthly Salary : RM 1,800 - RM 2,500
