Job description
- Responsible for overall day to day invoicing, attending customer enquiries.
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- To carry out an efficient documentation and filing system on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Proficient in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Computer literate with hands-on ability in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Proficient in English; Malay or Mandarin
- Possess positive attitude & aptitude, able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to Shah Alam / Kota Kemuning.
- With minimum of 2 years working experience
