- Handling day-to-day tasks for Production department
- Perform data entry for customer order and create production work order.
- Issue Delivery Order (DO), packing goods and arrange for delivery.
- Stock monitoring and maintain up-to-date record for all items and raw material.
- Order production tools and accessories, ensure sufficient stock.
- Entry item code and update product catalogue.
- Liaise with customer and other departments to coordinate resources and materials
- Provide administrative support, maintain up to date documentation and company database
- Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by superior as and when required.
职责范围 :
- 处理生产部门的日常行政任务。
- 负责客户订单的数据输入并创建生产工单 (Production Work Order)。
- 开具送货单 (DO)、负责货物包装并安排发货。
- 监控库存并确保所有物品和原材料的记录保持最新。
- 订购生产工具和配件,确保库存充足。
- 输入产品代码并更新产品目录。
- 与客户及内部各部门就运营事务进行沟通协调。
- 提供文职支持,维护最新的公司文档和数据库。
- 履行上级不时指派的临时任务和职责。
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good behavior, disciplined & good communication.
- Able to converse and write in Mandarin, Malay and English. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with clients and enter the customer order into the system.
- Able to work overtime (for special occurrence).
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
任职资格:
- 少需持有SPM(高级中学文凭),并具备1-2年生产或制造环境工作经验。
- 具备电脑操作能力,熟练使用 Microsoft Office (Excel, Word 等)。
- 良好的工作态度、纪律性强且具备良好的沟通能力。
- 精通中文、马来语和英语的听说读写。(注:由于需要与中国供应商及客户对接并处理系统订单,能以流利中文沟通者优先考虑。)
- 能够配合加班(视特殊情况而定),并能立即入职或在短时间内到岗。
