The scope of work :
- Responsible for course promotion, and provide customers with professional course system explanations, and facilitate the start of learning courses.
- Responsible for college admissions matters, achieve the set enrollment rate, and achieve personal and company goals.
- Complete the work plan and monthly course sales tasks on time, maintain potential customers and maintain student enrollment.
- Exploit new online and offline channels, coordinate and carry out strategic marketing and sales activities, increase public awareness of the financial professional field, and brand recognition of the college.
- Realize the mutual promotion of personal and team values, maintain professionalism and professional ethics, and enhance brand value.
- Lead and manage the growth of the company's business to achieve an annual growth of 20% to 30%.
Requirements
- Have at least a diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Love the financial education industry and devote to long-term development in the education industry.
- Good communication and expression skills, master basic negotiation and end customer sales skills.
- Have work enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, cheerful personality, positive and optimistic.
- Sales experience in training courses is preferred; more than 2 years of manager, sales and marketing work experience.
