- Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from customers, via phone, email, messaging, social media, or e-commerce platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and more. - Provide prompt and appropriate solutions to any problems faced by customers. - Provide occasional support to the operations team to ensure target achieved. - Monitoring of competitive activities to improve on company’s strategies. - Building a good rapport with customers, to ensure smooth operations and goodwill. - Compile data and advise on customers’ buying patterns to ensure best results in Sales and Marketing strategies.
