Job description

1- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

2- Create and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

3- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

4- Conduct market research and analyze data to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitors' activities.

5- Manage and monitor sales and marketing budgets, and ensure that spending aligns with business goals and objectives.

6- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.

7- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's brand and reputation.

8- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media, website, and other digital marketing channels.

9- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.

10- Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets.

11- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

12- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

13- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

14- Continuously learn and update skills and knowledge in sales and marketing to stay competitive in the market.

15- Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing the brand to external stakeholders such as media, investors, and customers.

Requirements

1- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required. A Master's degree can be an added advantage.

2- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the same industry, is typically required.

3- Communication skills: A sales marketing executive should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.

4- Sales skills: The executive should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and be able to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

5- Analytical skills: A sales marketing executive should have strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, data, and competitors' activities to make informed decisions.

6- Creativity: The executive should be able to develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract customers and generate sales.

7- Leadership skills: The executive should have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.
