Job description
Job scope:
- Oversee operations to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety regulations, implementation policies and guidelines in the restaurant
- Work closely with operation teams to plan for manpower required per shift and to arrange back-ups as needed
- Plan and execute any sales and marketing strategy
- Implement standards to manage restaurant operating costs and profitability
- Build and maintain strong working relationship with customers & employees
- Plan, review and execute inventory management, control and to make purchases and stocks based on sales volume
- Able to manage and handle customer complaints or dissatisfaction and investigate causes and reasons for customer complaints
- Ensure no wastage of food and beverages during preparations
- All equipment and machineries in the outlet are to handle with care and proper in accordance with the safety guidelines
- Handle all matters in relation to outlet workers, such as disciplinary issues, worker's attendance, work scheduling, manpower planning, work delegation
- Submit required reports to CEO on time relating to attendance, end of month balance stock & COGs, budgeting etc.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experiences, Best with at least 8 years of experience in F&B industry
- Experience in handling Halal Restaurant & Steamboat Restaurant is an advantage
- Experience in setup new restaurant, or any franchise experience is an advantage
- Able to operate basic cashier system and generate related reports to the director
- Good Communication skills
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required
- Fluent in speaking Malay & English
