1. Able to giving cooperation to supervisor
2. Able to communicate with team
3. Valid CIDB, Passport, Working Permit for foreigner.
4. Able to work extra hour to complete the work
5. Able to maintain and arrange the tool and equipment
6. Willing to learn new skill
