Job description

Study and understand the design & concept to make sure it meets client requirement and satisfaction.
Review and approve CAD, 3D drawing, BQ, Material, or any document prepared by member, make recommendations if required.
Source for sample material, suppliers, contractors, Keep detailed records.
Lead and manage designers in maintaining workflow and quality of design works.
Work along with PMT/ Contractor/ Supplier to ensure timely handover.
Monitoring design & construction progress & agreement and reporting to project managers, clients, or relevant authorities.
Participate in site meeting, review inspection schedule and checklist of inspection.
To verified work done by the contractor as per contract, ensure contractor complies with design and specification.
Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications.
Measuring and quality checking building materials, identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
Conduct site inspection throughout construction phases to ensure all work are executed accordingly to requirements.
May assist and back up the team at any time, if needed.

Requirements

ave 4 years related working experience.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in an Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel etc.
Preferable those can speak Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
Able to work outstation.
