Job description

-Assisting the Technical/Project Engineer for co-ordination with customer for project management inclusive supply, install, monitor, test and commission
-Provide maintenance, servicing, servicing call, support solutions and system upgrade
-Provide friendly customer service and maintain good relationship with customers
-To prepare report to supplier on defects units-problem, cause and solutions
                    

Requirements

-Minimum Certificate in Electrical/Electronic with or without experience
-Fresh graduate or at least with 1-2 years of working experiences
-Basic knowledge of Computer Information Technology
-Required Language: Chinese, Fair command of English
