Job description
-Handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS submission
-Engage in monthly payroll system
-To maintain proper filling system for staff personal record
-To prepare HR correspondence letters
-Knowledge in foreign labour recruitment such as FOMEMA, Permit Renewal and Passport Renewal
-Full recruitment cycle such as job advertising, screening, interview, hiring, training
-Attend to employee complaint and work to resolve the conflict
-Others ad-hoc tasks given by Superior
Requirements
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Payroll, Foreign Worker Engagement
