TASK:
•Responsible for Alibaba.com Global Gold Supplier Membership Package
•Responsible for ONESYNC and its related sales and services
•Use cold calling, online meetings, online video meeting presentations, and other networking techniques to locate and contact potential clients to offer products and services
•Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance
•Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives and persuade them to purchase company products and services
•Maintaining good after-sales relationships, keeping records of client appointments, and completing sales and ensuring they are satisfied with the products and services
•Use data and sales presentations to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

                    

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field
• Required language(s): Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (70% of existing clients communicate in Mandarin)
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent active listening, persuasive, negotiation, and professional communication skills
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales / Marketing / Telemarketing Executive and Customer Service or equivalent
• Experience in E-commerce, import & export markets is an advantage
Must have own transport and laptop
