Job description

Handle daily office administration works
Issue Purchase Order, Sales Order, Quotation, Deliver Order
Attend incoming calls and redirect calls when necessary
Coordinate and supporting sales team / customers / suppliers
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties when necessary

                    

Requirements

Required skills : MS Excel, MS Word
Required language : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, *Hokkien (or any other dialects will be an advantage)
Able to multitask
Good Attitude / Willing to learn
Possess good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation, team player and able to work independently
Candidates with related working experience/ fresh graduates are highly preferable
