Finance
• Handling full set of accounts. (GL/AP/AR/Bank/Petty Cash and etc)
• Responsible for maintaining full spectrum of company's account and
• ensure timely closure.
• Perform weekly cash flow report.
• Support daily account operation and human resource dept management.
• Prepare analysis and monthly management reporting to meet the deadline.
• Perform a month-end closing and preparation Financial and Management reports.
• Manage budget forecast reporting.
• Assist in Corporate Taxation and Year-End Audit.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g. bankers, auditors, tax agent and government authorities)
HR
• Oversees monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirement (including EPF, SOCSO and PCB and etc)
• To handle payroll administration in compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant legislation.
• Manage employee relations issue in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances and capability
• Oversees all staff leave application
• To handle and deal with employees relation issues.
• To handle personnel counseling and administration duties
Requirement工作需求:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least [5 Experience] Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s): Knowledge of full set account & General HR knowledge.
• Preferably [Manager Level] specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Candidate will act as a Financial Accounting & Reporting for this job position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, IRC post software system and SQL Accounting Software is preferred.
• Able to converse and write in Mandarin language
• Good communication skill and written skill.

Working Hours上班时间 :
• Monday - Friday : 9am - 6pm
