Job description

1.Enhance QMS performance effectiveness in the company and production by practical application of Master Quality Plan (QP) and standard of procedures.
2.Coordiate and implement training and education for company quality management.
3.Drive continuous improvement activity toward Greenfluential Management System via Value Stream Practice.
4.Monitor functions of quality assurance and ensure its effectiveness.
5.Ensure certification standard compliance.

                    

Requirements

1.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
2.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a management position in the quality function in   manufacturing industry is required for this position. 
3.MUST have the following QA skills, i.e. QMS, ISO 9001:2008, internal audit, NCR, 5S, PC, FMEA, 5 WHY Analysis, 7 QC Tools, 8D, Statistic Process Control, quality tools.
4.Understand of ISO 9001 requirements.
5.ISO 9001 Internal Audit skills.
6.Good communication and writing skills in English & Malay.
7.Good organizing and coordinating skills.
8.Problem solving skills.
9.Understanding of Lean management system and practical application.
10.Leadership skill.
11.Data analysis skill.
