Job description

-Prepare cash sale, invoice to walk in customers. Handle daily Cash Collection from Cash Sales. ( cash , credit card payment )
To process sales orders from existing customers & from salesman.
Prepare and maintain a proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
Maintain a systematic filing system and administration records . Liaise with Customer Service Representative or salesperson and follow up with customers on AR issues and/or the queries raised by headquarter
Perform general administrative duties.
Handling customer incoming phone calls.
Follow up customer overdue payment.
Arrangement of goods delivery with driver / courier company / transportation company .
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
                    

Requirements

-Prior administrative experience.
-Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
-Attention to detail.
