Handle and process PO, delivery orders, invoice and price quotation. Inform delivery schedule and ensure shipments meets customers. Prepare shipping. Attend to customer sales enquiries via phone, email and walk-in to assist their needs. Liaise with sales team to update on new product quotation, order status and delivery tracking. Perform administrative duties, including documentation, filling and update report etc.
Candidate must possese at least a higher secondary / SPM or equivalent . Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Fresh graduate encourage to apply, on job training will be provided.
