- Provide office/administration support to sales team - Handle sales order process which include processing order and follow up the order - Responsible for any other sales support and administrative functions as and hen required - Laise with Account and check outstanding payments on customer statement - Be responsible to attend to customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer service - Handling inbound calls and emails from new prospects - To prepare project documents - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- STPM & above - Requires skill(s): Microsoft Office Applications, Communication, Interpersonal, Independence Worker - Proficient in English writing & reading is a MUST - Good communication and close sales skill over phone or social media - Team player, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving - Positive attitude and pleasant personality
