Job description
-Full secretarial and personal assistant support to managing director of an interior consultancy firm.
-Provide full administrative and accounts supports to the group.
-Meticulous, efficient and energetic.
-Strong accounting background advantageous.
-Take minutes of meeting as and when necessary.
-Draft and prepare correspondences/ facsimile message/ emails/ letters on behalf of the MD.
-Prepare routine reports or other reports as and when required.
-Arrange meetings and appointments for the group.
-Safeguarding confidentiality of company information and assets.
-Maintain an efficient and secure filing system for the office.
-Ensure proper handling of documents with regards to distribution and responses.
Requirements
-Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in project administrative works and preferably in Interior industry, Fit-out / renovation works, Building Construction, Residential, Commercial or Hospitality projects.
-Experience in liaising with Consultants and or Developers in large-scale construction projects will be advantageous. Qualification: Minimum Diploma / degree holder.
-Driving license preferred ; Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
