Job description
-Provide technical and customer support for installed telecommunications systems.
-Estimate time and cost to complete installations, maintenance, and repairs.
-Prepare and submit accurate documentation of services provided.
-Investigate equipment failures to diagnose defective systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge on mechanical and electrical/electronic will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented.
- Able to read AutoCAD drawing and electrical schematic diagrams.
