接听和处理客来电及客户订单资料 1. To answer all incoming calls/enquiries and revert calls that are missed before you leave for the day; To check email daily, respond and follow up on the enquiries accordingly; 2. To prepare quotation to customers. 3. Compile monthly enquiry and sales report; Submit to Head of Department. 4. Post / update our products on social media platforms. 5. Update customer profiles; Identify prospective customers; Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs; Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships. 6. To familiarise the Standard Operating Procedure for managing Lazada & Shoppee account (provided in a separate sheet) & dropping off to nearby courier service centre. 7. Train, educate, support and work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high quality delivery of customer experience; To fill-in and support absent team member.
