* To achieve sales target assigned
* To cold-calling and dealing with the architects and owner of the on-going projects nationwide (for both hotels and high rise condo projects)
* To do the specifications with architects
* To do the product presentation
* To assist in report writting
                    

Requirements

* Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
* Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
* At least 2 years of working experience in sales executive
* Required skills: Independence of sales planning, presentation skills, report writing, cold-calling, able to follow up and close sales
* Preferably Senior Sales Executive specialised in Sales-Corporate or equivalent
