• Responsible for general office administration. • Prepare & manage order fulfillment (e.g. sales order, purchase order, quotations, invoices, delivery order, etc.) • Reviewing the accuracy of data entry and documentation when checking for delivery and purchasing orders. • To handle all incoming, calls, emails, memorandums, faxes and redirect them to the related parties.
